Job summary

DeepJudge, a leading Swiss AI and ICT scale-up, seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical implementation of our AI search platform for top law firms. You will deploy, integrate, and adopt DeepJudge across diverse environments—from cloud-native to on-premise—while working closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Engineering, and SRE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a similar technical role.
• Experience deploying or operating enterprise software in production.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (Azure or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical solution end to end, from architecture and hands-on implementation through production rollout and adoption, adapting DeepJudge to the customer's environment.
• Deploy and configure DeepJudge across cloud and on-premise customer environments.
• Integrate DeepJudge with enterprise systems such as document management systems, identity providers, cloud platforms, and other data sources.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across deployments, infrastructure, networking, authentication, integrations, and application behavior.
• Build deployment automation, implementation tooling, documentation, and operational playbooks that make customer deployments faster, easier, and more scalable.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Site Reliability Engineering to solve complex technical challenges and improve both the product and deployment experience.
• Bringing recurring customer requirements and challenges back to the team and helping turn them into product and engineering improvements.
• Taking ownership beyond your immediate projects: spotting what is missing, fixing what is broken, and helping us build the processes and tools we need as we scale.
