DeepJudge, a leading Swiss AI and ICT scale-up, is hiring its first dedicated pre-sales specialist to own the technical side of the sales process end to end. You will partner with prospects through their most important technical conversations, navigating security, deployment, and integration considerations across on-prem and cloud environments.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a client-facing, technical, or analytical role.
• Ability to understand a complex product deeply and explain it clearly to audiences from partners to executives.
• Comfort with infrastructure, integration details, and security topics; track record of rapid ramp-up on technical topics.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and Q&A on product, deployment, security, and integrations for late-stage prospects.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to Sales and manage handoff to deployments team.
• Own and improve sales-facing technical docs and collateral, including security overviews and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to address technical questions and feed customer insight into roadmap.
• Build a repeatable, scalable pre-sales process as we grow.
