Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of engineering experience in the energy sector, including at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Strong leadership, people development, stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Experience in a multinational corporation and a global engineering environment.

Aufgaben

• Allocate the right engineering resources to project teams per S&OP processes.
• Establish efficient interfaces between engineering teams and OPCs to increase utilization.
• Manage customer relationships with respect to technical requirements.
• Lead engineering teams and own performance management of deliverables across Europe.
• Serve as Business Process Owner for engineering and testing processes.
• Mentor and develop engineering function leaders and team members.
• Coordinate global engineering processes, standards, practices, tools, and digitalization initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and tools.
• Support budgeting with the Operating Unit Manager and Controller.
