Zusammenfassung

agap2 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and coordinate development and installation of high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems in Switzerland. You will oversee all phases from planning to commissioning, ensuring compliance with standards and safety requirements, while managing risks and collaborating with stakeholders.

Fluent German and English are required, with 5+ years in HV project management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
• +5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in high-voltage technology or power transmission and distribution.
• Strong knowledge of high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems, ideally in the 110 kV range and above.
• Sound understanding of applicable standards, regulations, and safety requirements in high-voltage engineering.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
• Project management certification is considered a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate projects related to the development and installation of high- and mid-voltage substations and switchgear systems.
• Oversee all project phases, from planning and design through to commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and industry norms.
• Manage project risks and implement Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams consisting of engineers and technical specialists.
• Prepare, present, and report project progress to steering committees and management.
