Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Hospital Specialist to drive the endocrinology portfolio across an assigned European country or territory. You will engage endocrinologists, diabetologists, and other healthcare professionals with scientifically robust, compliant, and value-driven discussions.

The role requires deep knowledge of hospital decision-making flows, product knowledge, and strong relationship management across face-to-face and digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or equivalent.
• Experience in endocrinology or metabolic health is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with hospital/secondary care environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned territory, building high-value interactions with endocrinologists, diabetologists, and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically robust, compliant, and differentiated customer engagements.
• Develop and execute territory business plans within budgets and timelines.
• Utilise insights and analytics to optimise account prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Maintain expertise in endocrinology, clinical data, and product knowledge.
