Job summary

Sandoz is seeking a National Key Account Manager to promote its endocrinology portfolio across Switzerland. You will manage hospital networks, develop strategic account plans, and coordinate cross-functional projects to optimize patient pathways and growth.

You will build strong partnerships with pediatric and adult endocrinologists and hospital leaders, traveling throughout Switzerland to drive nationwide execution and compliant activities while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution or sales.
• Fluency in German; knowledge of French preferred; English an advantage.
• Ability to build sustainable professional networks within the defined customer group.

Responsibilities

• Promotes the Sandoz endocrinology portfolio and services across Switzerland to physicians and stakeholders.
• Owns the national sales territory with call planning and KPI-driven execution.
• Maintains deep knowledge of endocrinology, growth hormone market, and customer needs.
• Develops and executes strategic account plans for priority endocrinology centers and hospitals.
• Leads strategic projects with hospitals and institutions, turning customer needs into scalable solutions.
• Coordinates hospital projects end to end, including stakeholder mapping and implementation.
• Drives regular business and account reviews and translates national strategy into field actions.
• Gathers and shares customer and market insights to inform strategy and resource allocation.
• Builds networks with endocrinologists and hospital stakeholders across Switzerland.
