Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Hospital Specialist to grow an endocrinology portfolio across Switzerland. You will engage endocrinologists, diabetologists, and other stakeholders with compliant, science-led communications via in-person and digital channels.

Lead territory planning, allocate resources, and collaborate with sales, medical, and marketing to hit regional objectives while navigating hospital decision-making networks.

Qualifications

• Experience launching and promoting complex products in hospital or secondary-care settings.
• Strong understanding of endocrinology, diabetes, obesity, metabolic health or related areas.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Manage an assigned territory with high-value interactions among endocrinologists and other stakeholders.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically robust customer engagements via face-to-face and digital channels.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve regional and national objectives.
• Use insights and analytics to optimise account prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Maintain expertise in endocrinology and treatment pathways; ensure proper product knowledge.
• Use CRM and digital tools to support territory planning and hybrid engagements.
• Present approved clinical information to healthcare professionals following regulations and policies.
• Identify key opinion leaders and clinical champions; build collaborative relationships.
• Work with sales leadership, marketing, medical and operations to align activities.
