You will develop local business plans, ensure compliant, science-driven customer engagements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes deep disease area knowledge, face-to-face and digital outreach, and strong account management, with extensive travel and a valid driving license

Qualifications

• Successful launch and promotion of complex products in hospital or specialist settings.
• Experience in endocrinology, diabetes, obesity, or metabolic health is desirable.
• Strong understanding of hospital decision-making, treatment pathways, and account management.
• Proven ability to engage customers via face-to-face, remote, and digital channels.
• Experience planning compliant promotional meetings, congress activities and other engagements.
• Excellent communication, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with sales leadership, marketing, medical and operations while maintaining compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory and develop high-value interactions with endocrinologists, diabetologists, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically robust, compliant customer engagements that establish credibility and trusted partnerships.
• Develop and execute territory business plans within budgets and timelines to achieve objectives.
• Use insights, market data and analytics to optimise account prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Maintain expertise in endocrinology, clinical data, treatment pathways and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Utilise CRM and digital engagement tools to support territory planning, account management and hybrid interactions.
• Present approved clinical and product information to healthcare professionals in line with local regulations and company policies.
• Support promotional and educational activities on appropriate therapy use and refer non-remit inquiries appropriately.
• Identify and engage key opinion leaders and clinical champions in endocrinology and metabolic medicine.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, medical and operations to share field insights and drive coordinated activity.
