Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG in Zürich seeks a Junior Fixed Income Sales/-trader to help build our Fixed Income Sales & Trading franchise and deliver excellent service to institutional and bank clients.

You will take on day-to-day sales tasks, participate in client visits, discuss trade ideas, and support KYC and post-trade activities. Ideal candidates bring a university degree and 2–3 years in Sales & Trading, plus strong coding, analytics and quantitative finance skills.

Qualificações

• University degree in Engineering or Quantitative Finance.
• 2–3 years of practical Sales & Trading experience in Banking.
• Strong coding, analytics and quantitative finance skills.
• Proficiency with Bloomberg, AI Tools and Excel; high IT affinity.

Responsabilidades

• Take operational lead for day-to-day sales tasks and client inquiries.
• Participate in client visits and events; support senior colleagues.
• Discuss trade ideas and market views with clients and prospects.
• Support KYC tasks including account openings and reviews.
• Write market comments and relative value ideas with senior support.
• Handle post-trade requests and booking corrections with colleagues.
• Assist with market-making tasks under Head of Trading supervision.
