Job summary

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) seeks a Coordinator for Supply Chain Emergency Response and Partnerships to lead operational coordination of emergency supply chains, surge, ERU readiness, and donor engagement across the IFRC network.

Based in Geneva, you will connect headquarters, regional offices and National Societies, shaping interoperability and resource mobilization during crises.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in humanitarian supply chain management, emergency operations, or logistics coordination.
• Experience coordinating across headquarters, regional offices, field operations, and external partners.
• Experience developing partnerships with private sector and donors.
• Fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate emergency supply chain operations and ERU readiness with IFRC network.
• Lead donor engagement, grants oversight and reporting for major operations.
• Manage partnerships with private sector and national societies to mobilize resources.
