Zusammenfassung

Michael Kors is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator for Store Development EMEA based in Manno, Switzerland. The role supports store design from site survey to opening and oversees the Store Development process for each project across Capri brands in the EMEA region.

You will coordinate consultants, manage timings and budgets, and ensure approvals with landlords and brands. English proficiency is essential; travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in store design/development, preferably fashion retail or architecture office.
• Bachelor degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field.
• AutoCAD, Word, and Excel proficiency required.
• Photoshop and InDesign proficiency preferred.
• Ability to travel.
• Extremely proficient in English; EU languages preferred, Italian is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Assist the store design process from initial site survey through store opening.
• Manage the Store Development process for the entire project duration.
• Support EMEA shop-in-shops within Capri brands network.
• Coordinate initial project information to store design.
• Onboard and coordinate project consultants.
• Work on preliminary project timing and budget, keeping it updated until completion.
• Facilitate project approvals with brands and landlords.
• Coordinate permits, procurement, and tender processes.
• Monitor construction execution and handover quality.
