Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit is hiring an EMEA Professional Education Trauma Lead to shape regional education programs for healthcare professionals. You will design and deliver education strategies that enable adoption of innovative orthopaedic technologies and improve patient outcomes.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will drive measurable impact while aligning with regulatory standards and business goals.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in commercial education or training within MedTech or healthcare.
• Ability to design and execute education strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across regional initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of EMEA professional education strategies aligned to Trauma business priorities.
• Design and implement education programs including procedural training, product application, and clinical best practices.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and medical affairs teams to identify educational gaps and deliver targeted training solutions.
• Drive innovation in learning delivery using digital platforms and modern content approaches.
• Oversee regional education initiatives, including symposia, workshops, and professional conferences to support product adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate program impact and continual improvement.
• Collaborate with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and external partners to shape high-quality content.
• Provide leadership to education teams, fostering capability building and continuous learning.
• Ensure all programs comply with regulatory and company standards including on-label use.
