Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit in Zug, Switzerland, invites a Manager, EMEA Regional Manager to lead Global Security for the EMEA region. The role requires 6–8 years in corporate security, a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), fluency in English, and helpful knowledge of German or French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced education (preferred).
• Typically 6-8 years of progressive security management experience with multi-country responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
• Vendor and contract management experience; strong knowledge of security regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Global Security strategy across EMEA, aligned with enterprise standards and regional risk profiles.
• Assess, mitigate, and manage physical security risks to employees, facilities, assets, and operations.
• Oversee incident management, investigations, and crisis response activities with authorities and partners.
• Partner with Real Estate, Facilities Management, HR, Legal, and business leaders to integrate security into operations.
• Manage third-party security vendors and service providers, including performance, compliance and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and regional laws across EMEA.
• Provide security guidance for executive protection and travel risk management.
• Analyze security trends to drive continuous improvement and proactive risk reduction.
