Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading through matrix structures and with internal/external training networks.
• Strong expertise in adult learning, instructional design, facilitation and evaluation of training.
• Experience developing regional training plans and calendars across multiple sites.
• Fluency with learning technology, training data, budgets and vendor management.
• Experience maintaining training records and qualification data for compliance and audits.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder partnership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional training delivery: build and manage annual training plan with leadership teams.
• Co-design learning solutions with subject-matter experts and ensure consistent quality.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness with qualified trainer capacity and records.
• Lead the regional Academy community and manage the local team and external partners.
• Manage budgets, vendors and data; coordinate the regional vendor panel and learning platform data.
• Use technology and data to improve outcomes and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Deliver leadership development and support high-impact leadership workshops.
