You will coach a regional team, drive the S&OP cycle, and partner with functions to align planning with financial goals while continuously improving processes and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline, logistics, supply chain management, business management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, and/or materials management, including leadership experience.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with ability to engage across functions and levels.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive organizational change and foster collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Leads all aspects of demand and supply planning, replenishment planning, and inventory management to ensure optimal product availability, operational efficiency, and customer service performance.
• Leads and develops the regional demand and supply planning team, driving cross-functional planning processes and decision-making forums.
• Drives continuous improvement of planning performance by leading root-cause analysis of variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on business objectives and proactive issue resolution.
• Develops, coaches, and mentors team members to maximize potential and support FMC's long-term growth.
