Role Summary

The Director, End-to-End Supply Chain is accountable for the global strategy, governance, and performance of the end-to-end supply chain - from demand planning through sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery. This role defines and drives a supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring service excellence, cost competitiveness, and optimal working capital. The Director operates cross-functionally at the leadership level to enable enterprise decision-making and deliver measurable business impact. Key success factors include strategic thinking, operational excellence, customer focus, financial acumen, and the ability to influence cross-functional decisions to deliver sustainable business results. The role is based at our office in Geneva, Switzerland, and reports to the VP, Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead demand and supply planning processes to ensure service, capacity, and supply continuity.
• Drive inventory optimization and working capital improvement while protecting customer service.

• Manage supply chain contribution to profitability, cost performance, and working capital.

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or planning roles within a regulated environment, preferably from the Chemical Manufacturing, Agrochemical (AgChem), or Crop Protection industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing an end-to-end supply chain within a global, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale network design and supply chain optimization initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrable direct impact on P&L and working capital.
• Advanced analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of, and experience with, complex regulatory and compliance environments.
• Professional certifications such as APICS (CPIM/CSCP), PMP, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
