Straumann Group is seeking a Senior Procurement Leader to shape the next chapter of Procurement across EMEA, leading selected indirect categories globally (Marketing and IT). You will drive transformation, governance, and capability-building as part of the Global Procurement Leadership Team.

Qualifikationen

• Significant senior procurement experience in complex interna- tional organizations.
• Proven ability to build or transform procurement organizations and operating models.
• Strong indirect procurement, global category management and supplier management.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing decisions.
• Leadership of large-scale transformation and capability building.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead the EMEA procurement organization, governance and multi-year roadmap.
• Partner with EMEA leadership, Technology and Global marketing in strategic and operational decisions.
• Drive procurement transformation with category mgmt, strategic sourcing and governance.
• Adopt procurement systems, analytics, data standards and digital tools.
• Hold global accountability for Marketing and IT indirect categories and lead category managers.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and lead complex negotiations with senior sponsorship.
• Deliver value beyond price through innovation, risk management and performance.
