Job summary

ELCA Group is seeking an HR Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day compensation, benefits, and payroll activities across EMEA. The role requires a strong focus on Swiss payroll, data integrity, and adherence to local regulations within a fast-paced environment.

You will drive the development of rewards programs, support salary reviews, and collaborate on HRIS enhancements while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in compensation & benefits and payroll
• Must have Swiss compensation & benefits experience; other European experience is a plus
• Strong experience with compensation analysis and payments
• Familiar with different incentive types and benefits
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently in a team
• Fluent in French and English (German a plus)

Responsibilities

• Support development of a consistent rewards philosophy aligned with culture and objectives
• Prepare candidate salary and benefits packages and assess pay equity
• Assist with global Annual Salary Review
• Develop Swiss payroll processes and related administration
• Support payroll audits and HR reporting
• Consolidate compensation data to produce HR reports and KPIs
• Contribute to HRIS testing and improvement, including salary review tooling
• Monitor compensation and payroll trends and participate in HR projects
