PepsiCo is seeking a Strategy Senior Manager to lead end-to-end strategic projects in the EMEA growth plan, supervising analyses, problem solving, and executive-ready deliverables. You will shape how PepsiCo captures opportunities and addresses critical questions across markets.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, stay ahead on consumer, channel, competitive and macro trends, and support the EMEA CEO and Chief of Staff deliverables, building Strategy Capability & Community across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Consumer packaged goods or retail experience; food/beverage sector preferable.
• Strong track record in strategic problem solving and financial modelling.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and work across functions.
