PepsiCo Genève seeks a Director of International RGM Future Capabilities to design and drive a forward-looking, capability-led agenda enabling faster, stronger and more profitable growth across markets. You will craft the strategic framework, oversee test & learn with international markets, and align functions and operating units to embed this vision into roadmaps.

You will lead cross-functional projects and PMO activities, partnering with Commercial, S&T, DX, GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years experience preferably from top tier consulting or within a top 5 FMCG Sales, Commercial and Finance.
• 5+ years experience in RGM.
• Fluency in English.

Aufgaben

• Design and build a vision of Future RGM Capabilities to enable faster, stronger and better growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define strategic frameworks and test & learn agendas.
• Coordinate with International markets and OU teams to embed capabilities into roadmaps.
• Deliver strategic projects like external benchmarking, dynamic pricing, and personalization.
• Manage PMO processes and align digital roadmaps with RGM maturity plans.
