The Strategy Snr manager will work in the EMEA strategy team on key end-to-end strategy projects aligned to the EMEA growth strategy. This role will be leading analysis, problem solving, deliverables preparation for PepsiCo Executives, leveraging internal and external insights. This role will also be supporting adhoc EMEA CEO Chief of Staff deliverables and building the EMEA Strategy Capability & Community.
This role will support a broad range of ever changing set of cross-functional strategic projects as determined by the organisational priorities taking a lead role in running the project team. The topics for these projects can be highly varied from addressing broad-based strategic questions, M&A or tactical executional obstacles. This role will lead projects autonomously:
Additionally, this role will support ad-hoc projects across full breadth of team including Chief of Staff deliverables as required. This will include responsibilities such as preparing board papers on key topics and other key decision making support to both the EMEA CEO, his extended leadership team and the broader global organisation.
Finally, this role will contribute to build the Strategic Capability and Strategy community in EMEA by sharing best practices and partenering close with Global, Region and OU Strategy teams whenever possible.
