Zusammenfassung

Jet Aviation, a global aviation services leader, seeks a Sales Director Government Programs EMEA to drive growth in government and special mission aviation across the EMEA region. You will identify opportunities, build relations with agencies and defense entities, and lead pre-bid strategies for complex programs.

You will manage a strong pipeline, engage early with customers, and coordinate with internal teams to convert opportunities into successful programs across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in aerospace or defence sales with a strong government or military track record.
• Proven success in complex B2G and B2B sales environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Identify, develop, and secure new government and special mission aviation opportunities in the EMEA region.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline aligned with Jet Aviation strategy.
• Lead early customer engagement and shape capture strategies for key opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition opportunities into programs.
