Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a GTC EMEA Senior Analyst to support global trade controls, ensuring compliance with import/export laws across the EMEA region. The role may be located in Belgium or Switzerland, with preference for proximity to an EMEA J&J site.

You will work within a centralized GTC function, advising business partners and maintaining cross-functional governance across the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customs or Trade Compliance with minimum 3 years hands-on.
• Strong problem solving and innovative thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills without direct authority.
• Strong communication, process orientation and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key participant in GTC projects and deliver on objectives.
• Support compliant trade flows and advise on customs topics and new trade setups.
• Ensure import/export compliance across the EMEA region.
• Maintain GTC documentation and regional deployment.
• Serve as point of contact between EMEA GTC and Global/Regional teams.
