Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal guidance on clinical development activities and related agreements.
- Support program, portfolio and study-level reviews with risk assessment and mitigation guidance.
- Interpret and apply laws, regulations and industry standards in support of compliant decision-making.
- Conduct legal risk assessments for proposed clinical development activities and collaborations.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop practical solutions and promote compliant business outcomes.
- Draft, review and oversee clinical research-related agreements and documentation.
