Develop and execute the Global Trade Controls digital enablement roadmap.
Translate regulations and user needs into business requirements and scalable capabilities.
Lead design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of trade tech and analytics.
Identify AI and automation opportunities with proper governance and human oversight.
Establish data definitions, quality, and governance for compliance and decision-making.
Develop dashboards and executive reporting on compliance performance and risk.
Partner with process leads to align digital capabilities with global standards.
Lead cross-functional initiatives with tech teams, data scientists, and vendors.
