The role includes data quality, compliance, and implementing automation initiatives in a Swiss context.

The candidate will lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly closes, and provide management reports for strategic decisions, while preparing for the SAP S/4HANA migration

Responsibilities

• Direct the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Switzerland
• Drive and support the transformation of financial operations within Swiss entities
• Coordinate financial management, business partnering, controll...ing, accounting governance, process harmonization, automation, and excellence in financial functions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and annual closes.
• Provide management reports and financial analyses for decision-making.
• Participate in standardization of financial processes among Swiss entities to ensure consistency.
