Job summary

Fireblocks is seeking a Sales Engineer, Banking to lead the technical sales cycle for Western and Central Europe banks. Engage treasury operations leads, custody technologists, CISOs, and risk committees to align institutional banking needs with Fireblocks solutions.

You will own technical qualification, PoC delivery, RFP responses, and solution design from first engagement to onboarding handoff, working with Banking-aligned Sales Directors.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role selling into Tier 1/2 banks or market infrastructure.
• Proven track record scoping and delivering PoCs or pilots in bank environments.
• Experience authoring RFP/RFI responses and engaging with bank procurement, legal, and infosec processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification for banking opportunities and differentiate from exploratory noise.
• Deliver tailored product demos to technical and executive audiences across custody, settlement, treasury, and compliance uses.
• Scope, design, and deliver PoCs in bank environments including infosec review and API testing.
• Produce and own RFP/RFI responses with attention to security/compliance attestations.
• Present Fireblocks' security architecture to CISOs, CROs, and risk committees.
