Blockstream seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Enterprise product team in EMEA, leading development and adoption of the Enterprise solution across the region. The role emphasizes blockchain custody, tokenization, and treasury operations for banks, prime brokers, and corporations.

You will balance technical product management with discovery, research, and market signals, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business, and Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of blockchain-based technology, crypto custody best practices, and the tokenization lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to thrive in the pace, scrappiness and dynamic environment within a growing startup.
• Based in Lugano, Switzerland.
• Strong aptitude for conveying complex technical concepts.

Aufgaben

• Translate vision into actionable roadmap, own the product narrative and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Engage with engineering in technical conversations, understanding implications of technical decisions, and align Engineering work to product goals.
• Lead project execution, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, coordinate the work of teammates, and clearly communicate goals and status.
• Identify product opportunities, translating them into milestones and artifacts that align with Business Objectives.
• Support Continuous Discovery habits, engage in market and customer research, follow regulatory/market news, identify trends.
• Conduct customer discovery workshops, document findings, translate insights into signals and identify gaps in the product roadmap.
• Drive product requirements, drive product documentation and own the workstream, collaborating with Engineering, Design, Business and Marketing teams.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data to be able to support or challenge product assumptions/feature requests.
