VANS EMEA seeks an exceptional Manager, Inventory Operations to join the Operations team in Stabio, Switzerland. You will oversee inventory forecasting and optimization across a multi-node environment to ensure service levels across channels.

You will lead monthly cycles, drive open-to-buy, and coordinate with Planning, Brand, and Supply Chain Finance to mitigate risks and maximize performance.

Qualifications

• University degree in Management, Supply Chain or Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years in similar inventory or supply chain roles.
• Experience in multi-node, omni-channel inventory planning is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the monthly Inventory cycle, actuals and forecast, to hit Days of Inventory targets.
• Prepare Distressed Inventory forecasts and coordinate liquidation actions when needed.
• Contribute to the open-to-buy cycle for all channels and guide corrective actions.
• Optimize rebalance and rerouting for order coverage and stock availability.
• Create and share inbound/outbound forecast reports with DCs; attend weekly calls.
• Support S&OE, S&OP decks with inventory position and risks/opportunities.
• Manage and coach the Inventory Team; define activities and workload.
