Zusammenfassung

F. Hoffmann La Roche is seeking an ELEVATE Implementation Squad Lead to drive readiness, governance and end-to-end deployment across affiliates. You will partner with senior leadership, manage local risks, and ensure a consistent, enterprise-wide implementation approach.

You will coordinate with global PMO/COE, lead a local squad, and champion adoption of harmonized workflows while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and ensuring timely go-live readiness.

Qualifikationen

• University Degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Able to travel to affiliate/market sites as needed for key milestones.
• >5-7 years of hands-on project or deployment management experience.
• Experience with CRM deployments (Veeva specifically).
• Marketing Automation, master data management and analytics transformation preferred.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering local training and change activities.
• English with business-level French and/or Spanish is a must.

Aufgaben

• Hold accountability for readiness and deployment of the ELEVATE program within affiliates, delivering local milestones on time.
• Serve as strategic partner and primary contact for senior leadership and program sponsor.
• Act as a bridge advocating for affiliate needs back to the central program, manage risks.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity during cutover and go-live.
• Lead the squad to align with global standards and ensure consistent implementation outcomes.
• Drive adoption by partnering with Change Agents and training teams to enable user uptake.
