Zusammenfassung

Flexsis, on behalf of Roche in Basel, seeks a reliable project deployment lead for the ELEVATE program. You will manage readiness, milestones and hypercare across affiliates in Basel, France, Spain and the UK, guiding senior leadership and coordinating with central teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on deployment management, 3+ years of matrix leadership, Veeva CRM experience and pharma industry understanding. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Willingness to travel to affiliate/market sites for milestones.
• 5–7+ years hands-on project/deployment management in tech.
• 3+ years matrix leadership of distributed teams without direct authority.
• Experience with CRM deployments (Veeva), marketing automation, MDM and analytics transformation.
• Pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.
• Roll-up-your-sleeves mindset to identify and resolve challenges.
• English plus business-level French and/or Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Lead readiness and on-time delivery of the ELEVATE program milestones from pre-launch to hypercare exit.
• Serve as strategic partner and trusted adviser to senior leadership and program sponsor.
• Act as bridge advocating affiliate/global needs to the central program.
• Identify risks and drive robust mitigation strategies.
• Orchestrate end-to-end journey of ELEVATE across the organization.
• Ensure seamless adoption of harmonized business workflows during change initiatives.
