Müntener & Thomas Personal- und Unternehmensberatung AG is seeking an electronics engineer to drive designs from concept to production in a collaborative, engineering-driven environment.

You will refine technical data, select suitable components, and work closely with manufacturing and suppliers to ensure smooth releases and robust prototypes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or related field.
• Strong grasp of analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing and PCB design; IPC standards knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Shape electronic designs from idea to production.
• Create, refine and maintain technical data and design resources.
• Select components balancing technical, commercial and supply factors.
• Challenge designs from production/testing perspective with manufacturing teams.
• Prepare release packages, accompany prototypes and work with suppliers.

• Degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a related field
• Strong grasp of analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics
• Hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing, PCB design and applicable IPC standards
• Comfortable using laboratory equipment for measurements, validation and troubleshooting
• Proactive team player who takes ownership, works precisely and communicates confidently in English
