Zusammenfassung

Auterion is seeking an enthusiastic Electronics Engineering Intern in Zürich to gain hands-on experience through the full hardware development cycle, from schematic and PCB design to prototyping, testing, and documentation.

You will work alongside senior engineers to build prototype circuits, test firmware for microcontrollers, analyse results, and contribute to hardware improvements while following safety procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering in progress.
• Strong analog and digital circuit design understanding.
• Experience with PCB design tools: Altium, KiCad or Eagle.
• Hands-on lab experience with electronics and soldering.
• C, C++, Python programming.
• Familiarity with STM32/ESP32/Arduino MCUs.
• Knowledge of I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, USB.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• EU citizenship required.

Aufgaben

We are looking for an enthusiastic Electronics Engineering Intern to gain hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and debugging electronic hardware. • Support soldering, rework, and other hands-on laboratory activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of analog and digital circuit design.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Altium, KiCad, or Eagle.
• Hands-on experience with electronics lab equipment and basic soldering.
• Programming experience in C, C++, Python, or similar.
• Familiarity with STM32, ESP32, Arduino, or other microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, or USB is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Hands-on experience through university, robotics, or personal electronics projects is highly valued.
• EU citizenship required.
