Sécheron Hasler Group in Geneva seeks an experienced Electro-Mechanical R&D Engineer to lead design for manufacturing of robust, cost-efficient solutions. You will convert advanced concepts into practical designs and challenge existing concepts within a cross-functional team.

The role requires mastery of multi-physical systems, strong tolerance management, and hands-on testing capabilities, with English mandatory and additional French or German preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master/PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Microtechnics or Mechatronics or similar.
• Experience with tolerance management and robust design.
• Familiar with Finite Element Analysis tools (SolidWorks, COMSOL, ANSYS).
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and magnetic interaction in complex systems.
• Excellent English, French or German is a plus.

• Design for manufacturing with robust, cost-efficient solutions.
• Translate advanced concepts into practical designs.
• Challenge concepts and drawings from others to improve robustness.
• Provide guidance as a reference in robust design.
• Support existing products within a multi-department team.
• Handle complex multi-physical products and perform hands-on testing.
