Qualifikationen

• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in industrial CAPEX project engineering (Cement, Heavy Industry, or Process Engineering preferred).
• Deep knowledge of international electrical and automation engineering standards, tools, and methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Drive a strong safety culture across all engineering activities, integrating 'Safety in Design' and 'Safety in Construction' principles.
• Develop robust, safe, and cost-effective electrical and automation engineering concepts for business cases, feasibility studies, and tender packages.
• Review detailed design documentation to ensure compliance with Group standards, safety requirements, maintainability, durability, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee quality control, technical inspections, and execution of electrical and automation packages during project implementation.
• Provide targeted, high-value technical support during commissioning and performance-testing phases.
• Qualify global suppliers for electrical systems, power distribution, and drive technologies; maintain knowledge of market capabilities.
• Represent the discipline in knowledge-sharing platforms and cross-functional technical roundtables.
• Simultaneously manage electrical and automation deliverables across multiple concurrent projects; collaborate with diverse teams.
