Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an EHS Specialist at the Rossens site in Switzerland to ensure Swiss regulatory compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and manage all EHS risks and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role collaborates with Global EHS, site leadership, contractors and visitors to uphold the highest safety standards, deliver training, conduct audits, and coordinate with authorities.

Qualifications

• English: Professional working proficiency (required)
• French: fluent (required)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Swiss occupational health and safety regulations and company standards
• Lead EHS risk assessments and actions, with root-cause analysis
• Coordinate EHS training, including inductions for contractors, visitors and temporary workers
• Manage EHS procedures, audits, and KPI reporting for site management and Global EHS
• Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory inspections
• Lead investigations for incidents and near misses and implement CAPAs
