Job summary

Medtronic seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety Engineer to support EHS projects at its Tolochenaz facilities. As an individual contributor, you will work under the EHS Leader, ensuring compliance and mitigating liabilities across operations.

You will develop, implement and maintain environmental health and safety programs, monitor site indicators, support auditing, and interact with regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues. Fluency in English and French is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken in English and French.
• Bachelor-level degree in industrial hygiene, environmental engineering, health and safety or related field.
• 3–5 years of EHS experience in manufacturing with environmental focus.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides EHS technical skills during equipment and lines development projects.
• Supports development and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.
• Develops and implements environmental, health, and safety projects in line with regulatory and Medtronic policies.
• Provides technical support including training, documentation, data extraction, and reporting.
