Vontobel Asset Management, Inc. invites students to join a 6‑month Early Careers Internship Program in Change Management and Analytics within Primary Risk Control, starting 1 March 2027 in Zurich.

You will develop dashboards, manage data quality, support project coordination across risk departments, and collaborate to deliver clear reporting materials while gaining hands-on industry exposure.

Qualificações

• enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or graduated within the last two years, in finance, technology or a related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• German, French or Italian is a plus.
• You hold a valid work permit for the location you are applying to.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to visualize risk metrics and reporting information across risk departments.
• Collect, clean, structure and validate data from sources to ensure accuracy and reliability in risk reporting.
• Coordinate initiatives across financial risk departments, track deliverables, consolidate updates, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across risk departments to understand reporting needs and produce clear, user-friendly materials.

Over 6 months, starting on 1 March 2027, you’ll gain hands‑on experience and insights into the financial industry while building lasting connections in a globally recognized investment firm.

What would your role be?

As part of the internship, you will:

• Dashboard Development & Reporting: You will support the creation, maintenance and enhancement of Power BI dashboards to visualise key risk metrics, indicators and reporting information across different financial risk departments.
• Data Management & Quality: You will collect, clean, structure and validate data from different sources to ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability in risk reporting.
• Project Management Support: You will support the coordination of initiatives across financial risk departments, including tracking deliverables, consolidating updates, maintaining documentation and following up on action items.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work with colleagues across different financial risk departments to understand reporting needs, gather relevant information and develop clear, consistent and user-friendly reporting materials.
