Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Launch Integrator to ensure plant and commercial readiness during drug product development. This role leads DP technical transfer, supports supply chain integration, and drives BPAL initiatives across site operations.

You will coordinate transfers between Development and Commercial supply chains, optimize NPI timing, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure product introductions meet quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; MS or PhD preferred.
• Minimum 6 years' pharma product R&D and/or MSAT or equivalent.
• Experience with technical transfer of biopharmaceutical products to manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Proficient in English; travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with document management systems (RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, Planisware) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead DP technical transfer into manufacturing sites and the supply chain.
• Develop manufacturing site execution plans per product and align with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate product introductions from transfer through launch, including materials and packaging.
• Identify opportunities to reduce Cost of Goods and improve process robustness.
• Support BPAL mindset and ensure readiness for commercial launch.
