Johnson & Johnson in Beerse, Belgium, and Schaffhausen, Switzerland, seeks a Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) to lead DP technical transfer and site readiness for new products. You will drive cross-functional efforts between R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure robust launches.

The role emphasizes process engineering, project management, and QbD implementation, with significant involvement in tech transfer and site integration across global sites.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• MS or PhD with minimum 6 years of relevant pharma R&D/manufacturing/MSAT experience required.
• Experience with technical transfer of biopharmaceutical products into manufacturing sites.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements in manufacturing site systems and procedures.
• Knowledge of DP late-stage development preferred.
• Experience with document management systems such as RIMdocs, TruVault, SAP, MS Office, Comet, Planisware preferred.
• FPX, PMP or equivalent PM certification preferred.
• Proficient in English; up to 20% domestic/international travel required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure fit-for-plant and commercial readiness during technical development and transfer of drug products.
• Coordinate transfer of pharmaceutical processes into the supply chain and global marketplace.
• Lead site-to-site transfers maintaining BPAL (Best Process/Product at Launch) mindset.
• Develop site execution plans per product aligned with cross-functional strategy.
• Coordinate product introduction at the site from transfer through launch (materials, formula, process, packaging, device).
• Optimize NPI process and accelerate development timelines, leveraging technology platforms.
