Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Principal Engineer, Device & Packaging Technical Launch Integrator (TLI) to accelerate the transfer and launch of new combination products.

You will lead device assembly, packaging, and labeling interfaces, drive design transfer and qualification, and partner with global teams to ensure reliable commercial manufacturing.

The role offers hybrid work, travel up to 10%, and exposure to a broad product pipeline across US and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead MSAT Device & Packaging technical lead for new product introductions and tech transfer projects.
• Lead global and local cross-functional project teams and represent MSAT Device & Packaging in value chain and project teams.
• Provide technical leadership across device assembly, secondary packaging, labeling/artwork interfaces, and associated manufacturing processes.
• Partner with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, Procurement, sites, and external suppliers to translate requirements into robust manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure specifications, controls, and technical requirements for device components, packaging materials, and processes are established.
