• Versatile, guest-focused and able to provide personalized assistance to guests.
• Valid Swiss driving license required.

Aufgaben

• Welcome guests in accordance with luxury service standards and escort to suites, residences or chalets.
• Drive and park guest vehicles safely and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicle fleet and guests’ vehicles.
• Keep arrivals areas immaculate and attended.
• Escort guests, handle luggage and ensure timely delivery.
• Assist departing guests with luggage and transportation requests.
• Provide guest transfers to airports, stations, and local destinations.
• Follow all property procedures, policies and service standards.
• Support Concierge team with additional tasks from Chief Concierge.
• Promote guest loyalty and other destinations within the group.

• Welcome guests in accordance with the group's luxury service standards.

• Drive and park guest vehicles safely and professionally, following proper driving practices and procedures.

• Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and presentation of the property's vehicle fleet, as well as guests’ vehicles upon request.

• Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable appearance of the property's main entrance and arrival areas.

• Escort arriving guests to their suites, residences, or chalets, handle their luggage, and ensure its timely delivery.

• Assist departing guests with their luggage and arrange transportation requests.

• Provide guest transfers to and from airports, train stations, and local destinations (shops, restaurants, activities, etc.).

• Follow all property procedures, policies, and service standards.

• Support the Concierge team with additional tasks as required and requested by the Chief Concierge.

• Build guest loyalty and promote the group's other destinations and properties.

• Proven experience in a similar position within the luxury hospitality industry and/or private chalet or villa environments.
