• Monitor interventions by external contractors and ensure completion.
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate them to the manager.
• Support the site manager in building operations tasks.
• Contribute to safety and report hazards.
• Occasionally cover for a technical concierge as needed.
• Participate in on-call service as required.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Infrastructure Concierge to work across various buildings and sites in the Riviera-Valais Region.

Infrastructure Concierge (m/f)

Riviera-Valais Region

This is a versatile and mobile position, aimed at ensuring the continuity of concierge services during holidays, leave, unexpected absences or emergency situations.

Your mission

A true hands-on person, you ensure the good condition and proper functioning of the buildings entrusted to you. You carry out a variety of maintenance, upkeep and concierge tasks, while being in direct contact with clients and tenants.

You will notably be required to:

• Carry out regular inspections of buildings and technical installations
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Ensure general upkeep of buildings, surfaces and outdoor areas
• Participate in the maintenance of green spaces and seasonal work, including snow clearance
• Respond to requests from clients and tenants and provide quality service
• Welcome and assist suppliers or companies working on the sites
• Monitor interventions by external contractors and ensure their proper completion
• Identify maintenance or additional work needs and communicate them to the manager
• Support the site manager in various tasks related to building operations
• Contribute to maintaining safety and report any hazardous situations
• Occasionally cover for a technical concierge as needed
• Participate in the on-call service according to the position’s requirements

Your profile

We are primarily looking for a motivated, reliable, versatile person with a strong service orientation.

Ideally, you have:

• Training in the field of concierge services
• Significant experience in concierge work, facility management, building maintenance or upkeep
• Good technical knowledge and real ease with manual tasks
• Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude with clients, tenants and partners
• Fluent French, minimum B2 level, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good knowledge of the Riviera-Valais Region
• A driving licence, essential for this position
• Ideally living in or near Monthey, the central point of the job’s geography
