Job summary

HCR | Human Centric Recruitment in Zurich is seeking a Director & Partner to lead capital formation for a London-based private equity firm's private wealth and family office activities. You will work directly with family offices, UHNW and HNWI clients, building trusted relationships and shaping the fundraising strategy across private banking channels.

Qualifications

• 15+ years working directly with private wealth clients and capital formation.
• Track record of capital raised from UHNW, HNWI, and family offices.
• Experience with private banks, asset managers, or fund placement.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to engage investment committees.
• Understanding of funds industry and alternative investments.

Responsibilities

• Own the private wealth capital formation strategy and execution.
• Drive capital raising for fund products targeting family offices and UHNWIs.
• Build investor account plans and tailor value propositions.
• Develop relationships with investors and decision-makers.
• Prepare investor materials and reports in line with compliance.
• Stay current on market developments and competitive positioning.
• Share in economics through annual bonus, GP carry, and potential equity.
