Job summary

ACL Partners is seeking a Senior Client Advisor in Switzerland to manage and grow a highly portable UHNW/HNW client book. You will provide holistic wealth management across asset classes and act as the primary relationship manager, coordinating with specialists for cross-border needs.

Operate with autonomy in an entrepreneurial framework, targeting long-term partnership with competitive revenue-sharing or base-plus-bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in private banking/wealth management/EAM.
• Established, portable book of business (min $50M AUM).
• Experience with SEC-registered platforms; cross-border client bases US/LATAM/Europe advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset; autonomous operation without heavy back-office dependency.
• Compensation structure focused on long-term partnership (revenue-share or base+bonus).
• Fluency in English; additional languages beneficial for client base.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a highly portable book of UHNW/HNW clients; transition assets to the firm’s platform (target AUM $100M+).
• Provide holistic wealth management across asset classes including traditional, private equity, illiquid markets, and digital assets.
• Act as primary relationship manager; coordinate with internal/external specialists for comprehensive solutions including tax and cross-border planning.
• Operate autonomously across the full client lifecycle from acquisition to onboarding and ongoing advisory.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and leverage the firm’s SEC registration and international infrastructure.
• Contribute to a flat, collaborative culture and participate in boutique growth with market intelligence sharing.
