Aequor Consulting GmbH in Basel seeks a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation to lead a global delivery team, shaping strategy and execution across manufacturing, pharma and industrial products.

You will identify market opportunities, scale efficiencies, and build long‑term client relationships while delivering programmes on IT‑OT convergence, security operations, and managed services at a global scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in manufacturing, pharma or industrial products with global cybersecurity functions.
• Knowledge of security trends in the Security, OT and Manufacturing space.
• Security consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IEC-62443/ISA-99 and NIST CS; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Bachelors or Masters in a technical field.

Aufgaben

• Lead a global delivery team to solve cyber security issues from strategy to execution.
• Identify gaps in the market and opportunities to grow cyber business.
• Scale efficiencies and new ways of working across projects and environments.
• Deliver Supply chain, OT, IAM, and Managed Services Transformations globally.
• Develop strategic client relationships to benefit our people and stakeholders.
• Foster long-term relationships that add value to the firm and clients.
