Zusammenfassung

Aequor Consulting GmbH is seeking a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation in Zürich. You will lead a global delivery team, shaping strategic cybersecurity programs across manufacturing, pharma and industrial products, spanning strategy to execution.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of security leadership, strong regulatory knowledge (NIS2, EU CRA), and a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformations that deliver measurable client value.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, pharma or Industrial Products cybersecurity.
• Experience with global cybersecurity functions: supply chain, OT, IAM, incident response.
• Familiarity with NIS2, EU CRA and related regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead global delivery teams on cybersecurity transformations from strategy to execution.
• Identify market gaps and grow cyber business offerings.
• Define target operating models for IT-OT convergence.
• Develop and maintain strategic client relationships and partnerships.
• Drive growth through scalable, innovative solutions.
