Aequor Consulting GmbH in Basel seeks a Director in Cybersecurity Technology & Transformation to lead a global delivery team, shaping strategy and execution across manufacturing, pharma and industrial products.

You will identify market opportunities, scale efficiencies, and build long‑term client relationships while delivering programmes on IT‑OT convergence, security operations, and managed services at a global scale.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in manufacturing, pharma or industrial products with global cybersecurity functions.
• Knowledge of security trends in the Security, OT and Manufacturing space.
• Security consulting experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with IEC-62443/ISA-99 and NIST CS; relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Bachelors or Masters in a technical field.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead a global delivery team and work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex cyber security issues from strategy to execution. You will help to continue the exciting growth of cybersecurity practice focusing on Manufacturing, Pharma and Industrial Products industries.
• Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions to develop and grow cyber business.
• Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
• Delivering Supply chain, OT, IAM, Managed Services Transformation programmes on a global scale, advising clients on how to define their Target Operating models to deal with IT-OT convergence, and building a winning team to continue a exciting growth in this space.
• Drive and take ownership for developing strategic client relationships that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.
• Influence and facilitate the creation of long‑term relationships which add value to the firm and our clients

Your Profile

• Minimum 10 years years’ experience working within a manufacturing , pharma or Industrial Products industry-Experience working with global cybersecurity functions of one or more of the following: Supply chain security, Cyber Managed Services, OT Security, Cyber strategy, assessments and Transformations, vulnerability assessment and management processes, identity and access management, incident response and monitoring or overall strategy and relevant regulations (NIS2, EU CRA etc.)
• Industry leading knowledge of the latest technology trends and predictions in the Security, OT and Manufacturing world. Ability to conceptualize and pitch the creation of prototypes and proof of concepts for clients
• Ability to deliver innovative solutions and consistently demonstrate customer outcomes. Prior security consulting experience is a plus
• Experience or knowledge of global standards and frameworks including one or more of the following: IEC-62243/ISA-99, NIST CS etc.- Relevant certifications (CISSP, GICSP, GRID, GCIP, etc.) are beneficial.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer

Science or a related technical field

• Ability to persuade technical experts and decision makers . Fluent English. German or French are a plus.
