BAUMLINK is seeking a Director/Senior Manager to lead cybersecurity transformation and delivery for complex international programmes in Zürich. The role combines senior client advisory, hands‑on delivery leadership, and commercial development across regulated industries.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of cybersecurity, technology or digital transformation experience.
• Consulting experience strongly preferred; equivalent large‑organisation experience acceptable.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex cybersecurity and technology transformation programmes from strategy through implementation.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior and C‑level stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and manage multiple client, internal and third‑party stakeholders.
• Drive transformation roadmaps, operating models and implementation strategies.
• Oversee cybersecurity aspects of major technology and ERP transformations.
• Maintain and develop long‑term senior client relationships.
• Support business development and Swiss market growth.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Cyber & Risk practice.
• Remain close to delivery to provide credible technical and strategic leadership.
