Inter-Community School Zurich (ICS) invites applications for a Director of Admissions. You will lead the admissions function from Nursery to Grade 12 and manage a small team, guiding families through enquiry to enrolment with a focus on a seamless, inclusive experience.

You will partner with School Leadership, Marketing and Finance to drive enrolment objectives, analyze data, and develop strategies that strengthen community engagement and long-term school growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in admissions, enrolment management or recruitment.
• Leadership experience within an international school setting is preferred.
• Strong data, reporting and CRM skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead admissions operations from enquiry to enrolment.
• Oversee OpenApply and data management, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with School Leadership, academic departments and Marketing/Communications.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and enrolment figures.
